Chef Kay has been the owner and lead of B Town Eatery since 2025. His journey with food began during college life, when cooking became a way to lift spirits and turn difficult days into better ones.
Chef Kay built his craft through years of experience working in respected hotels and professional kitchens, developing a strong foundation in quality, discipline, and consistency. That journey led him to create his own café, where those skills now come together in a more personal way at B Town Eatery.
His path began during college life, when cooking became a way to lift moods and bring comfort on challenging days. Over more than two decades, this emotional connection to food evolved through hands on hotel experience, shaping a chef who values honest ingredients, thoughtful preparation, and food that people genuinely enjoy returning to.
